Duties Assist in structuring franchise programs and drafting Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs). Conduct research and consult on franchise, supply, and distribution contracts. Handle registration processes and ensure franchise regulatory compliance. Resolve franchise, supply, and distribution disputes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on international transactions. Requirements 3+ years of experience in franchise and distribution law and global supply chain contracting. Experience in a law firm or similar environment. Superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills. Interest in growing and supporting a national practice. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice. Skills Excellent academic credentials. Experience with international franchising and licensing.
