Customer Service Assistant

Customer Service Assistant Ascot is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to support our customer service phone number as well as other essential administrative duties. Responsibilities include answering and supporting incoming customer service calls, locating claim information in various Ascot programs, and directing callers to the appropriate adjuster or department. The position also assists with sorting and assigning Workers' Compensation mail, and supporting our mailroom as needed. Duties also include organizing incoming checks to ensure timely processing. This role helps maintain smooth daily operations and supports the overall efficiency of the team. This role will be an in office position.
