Customer Support Specialist

We are in search of a Customer Support Specialist. As a Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities include providing support to customers via calls, emails and live chats.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming/outgoing customer calls, emails, and live chats
• Log conversations and interactions through our support solution
• Handle customer complaints and questions while providing solutions
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of GovEase products and technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proven support experience
• Communication and presentation skills
• Patience and ability to respond effectively to different customer situations
• Familiar with ticketing systems, software, and practices
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Word, Teams
