Role Description The Marketing Manager will oversee and execute marketing strategies that align with the credit union's goals and drive growth to enhance the credit union's brand presence and member engagement. This individual will lead results-driven marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include market research, brand positioning, developing marketing campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, analyzing campaign performance, and coordinating with internal teams. This full-time role requires on-site work at an InFirst location. Qualifications Expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and SEO Strong skills in Branding, Content Marketing, and Campaign Development Experience with Data Analysis, Reporting, and Marketing Performance Metrics Proficiency in Graphic Design tools and Marketing Software Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills Ability to develop creative strategies aligning with credit union goals Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred Five to ten years of similar or related experience Experience in the financial or credit union industry is a plus InFirst is an Equal Opportunity Employer fully dedicated to achieving a diverse team.
