Restaurant Manager - Franchise

This job posting is for employment at an independently owned and operated franchise of Denny’s. As a Restaurant Manager, you will never be bored. You will be responsible for making sure the restaurant runs smoothly. This position is offered by an independently owned and operated franchise of Denny’s. The franchisee is responsible for all employment related matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Responsibilities Ensuring that the restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times. Maintaining operational excellence so the restaurant runs efficiently and effectively. Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are followed. Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy.
