Alliance Hospitality Group is a growing company and we are looking for team members to grow with us. What You'll DoLead Restaurant OperationsSupport day-to-day restaurant operations while ensuring exceptional food, service, and hospitality standards.Create a warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experience through attentive, polished, and professional service.Lead by example with a sense of urgency, positive energy, and a hands-on approach.Champion company standards and help ensure consistency across every shift.Monitor guest and employee feedback to identify opportunities to continually elevate service.Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and security throughout the restaurant.Proactively identify and address repair and maintenance needs.Utilize POS systems and standard computer applications to support efficient operations."Inspire, Inspect, and Inform" the team through consistent communication, coaching, and leadership.Develop & Support the TeamServe as a resource, mentor, and leader to managers and hourly team members.Support managers with daily priorities, work assignments, and operational needs.Participate in recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and developing exceptional talent.Assist with performance evaluations and ongoing professional development.Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, kindness, and collaboration while recognizing strong performance and addressing performance concerns appropriately.Help develop systems and processes that improve staffing, productivity, and overall restaurant performance.Partner with leadership on PR, marketing, and sales-building initiatives for Sexy Roman and the food and beverage operations at the W Hotel.Build positive relationships with vendors, ownership, hotel partners, and other key stakeholders.Ensure compliance with company policies, Arizona labor requirements, Department of Health regulations, and OSHA standards.Support Financial PerformanceTake an active role in managing restaurant financial performance, including sales, labor, waste, breakage, PPA, tip reporting, and operating costs.Accurately process and submit payroll while maintaining appropriate labor controls.Coach and reinforce the timely use of waste sheets, labor proformas, and other financial tools.Ensure proper cash, credit, and receipt handling and reconciliation procedures are consistently followed.Partner with leadership to achieve P&L goals while maximizing efficiency and productivity.Identify opportunities to improve costs, productivity, and overall restaurant profitability.Take ownership of assigned budgets and costs while supporting other managers in achieving their financial goals.What We're Looking ForMinimum of 2 years of Senior Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional, personalized guest experiences.Strong food and beverage knowledge with an understanding of elevated service standards.Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing hospitality teams.Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.A positive, professional, and collaborative leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Experience supporting restaurant financial performance, including labor, payroll, budgeting, and cost controls.Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe physical requirements listed below are examples of those of the Senior Manager may need to perform in order to carry out essential job functions: Persons performing service in this position will exert 50 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.Ability to work in hot and cold environments.This type of work involves a combination of sitting, walking, and standing for periods of time. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable a person with a disability to perform the essential functions of this job.We Offer:$85 - $95K Annual Salary + Bonus*401K Retirement SavingsMedical/Dental/Vision InsuranceFree meal per shiftGrowth & Development opportunities*Compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and the approved budget for the position. ALLIANCE HOSPITALITY GROUPOur MissionTo build relationships within our community by serving them with passion in a hospitable environment while providing food that is honest, consistent and fresh.  What Makes Us UniqueYou would be joining a team of true restaurant hospitality professionals who are driven by quality, consistency and integrity with everything we do.
