Marketing Specialist - Activation, Orchestration

Configure and deploy the Defend activation program Execute key aspects of the base churn program for Business Markets, Global Enterprises, and Public Sector customers Support technical sequencing and orchestration of audience segments and campaign treatments across Web, App, Email, SMS, Sales, and Care channels Translate marketing strategies into live customer-facing "Save" offers and retention journeys Manage target customer lists and audience segments Coordinate campaign timing and offer consistency across channels Monitor live campaign performance and resolve offer misfires, delivery issues, and customer friction points Conduct end-to-end testing of promotional offers, badging, and pricing updates before launch Requirements Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience Four or more years of relevant experience required through work and/or military experience or specialized training Experience in marketing operations, technical campaign execution, or churn management Track record supporting customer treatments in a complex system environment Proficiency or formal training in data segmentation or data management techniques Experience configuring basic workflows within a CRM or marketing automation platform such as Salesforce, Marketo, or Adobe Ability to communicate technical problems or requirements to non-technical stakeholders clearly Comfort working with basic analytics and using data to make execution-level decisions Ability to work a 40-hour scheduled week Compliance with Verizon hybrid work policies and minimum three days per week in the office Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in marketing operations and technical campaign execution, with a strong focus on data segmentation and customer retention strategies.
