Onsite Logistics Specialist I - Construction

The Onsite Logistics Specialist within our field Logistics department in Beaver Dam, WI, will oversee all operations for assigned site or area and provide tooling and material support to field personnel. This role will coordinate deliveries, inventory and vendor managed inventories, and collaborate internally to optimize efficiency while delivering extraordinary service. Minimum Requirements Education: HS Diploma or GED. ASCM Warehouse, Forklift, Rigging, and Lull certification preferred. Experience: 2-3 years of logistics experience. Travel: Up to 100%. Work schedule: 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary and include nights, weekends, holidays. Overtime may be required. Key Responsibilities Performs equipment operation duties and material handling. Communicates effectively with internal customers (FTI Field Members and Supervisors). Communicates issues to OLL and crews efficiently. Leads a team of 1-2 members in an area of operation. Direct point of contact to coordinate needs to certain electrical crews (Building POC). Directs material deliveries to proper location onsite. Helps manage stock levels onsite and inventory tracking for 2-3 crews. Executes and closes out onsite requests. Proficient in equipment operation and assists with maintenance and tracking of equipment. Conducts daily walkthroughs to monitor stock, cleanliness, and crew needs. Demonstrates excellent customer relations through problem-solving techniques. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
