Job Summary
We are seeking a driven, competitive, and coachable Licensed Insurance Sales Representative who is motivated by results and committed to delivering exceptional client service. This is not an order-taking position. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, embraces accountability, and understands that consistent production creates opportunity and growth. You will play a key role in expanding agency revenue by proactively generating new business, cross-selling existing clients, and protecting families and businesses with customized insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities  

• Meet and exceed established new business production goals and performance objectives.
• Solicit new business through outbound telephone calls, networking, referrals, and additional lead sources.
• Develop accurate insurance quotes, deliver professional sales presentations, and confidently close sales.
• Maintain working knowledge of new products, coverage options, and industry updates.
• Prospect and generate new business through provided leads and referral opportunities.
• Build and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-up and service calls.
• Increase sales revenue by effectively utilizing phone outreach, email communication, and targeted prospect lists.

• Proven successful sales background.
• Minimum of 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
