Senior Brand Strategist

We're one of the fastest-growing bootstrapped companies in the world. What you’ll do Own the overall performance of brand and social accounts. Set the quality bar for all content going out. Own content volume, consistency and publishing cadence. Build the content strategy across Instagram, Facebook and other relevant channels. Develop content pillars, formats, themes and creative direction. Drive impressions, reach, engagement and follower growth. Identify what content is working and scale it quickly. Review and approve content before it goes live. Work closely with designers, editors, creators and social teams to maintain quality. Develop brand positioning, messaging and tone of voice. Track account and content performance and turn insights into action. Stay on top of trends, memes and cultural moments. Continuously test new formats, concepts and content strategies. Own the social/content roadmap and ensure the team consistently ships against it. Build systems that increase both the quality and quantity of content produced. Who we’re looking for 3–6 years in brand strategy, social media, creative strategy or content. Proven experience growing consumer social accounts. Strong understanding of content, social algorithms and consumer behavior. Strong creative judgment and a high bar for content quality. Highly data-driven and comfortable owning performance metrics. Strong understanding of what drives impressions, reach and engagement. Able to balance creative quality with high content volume. Strong eye for design, storytelling and brand consistency. Hands-on and comfortable working closely with content creators and creative teams. Strong ownership mindset — you own the outcome, not just the strategy. Experience with DTC brands, consumer apps, US audiences, social-first brands, creator/influencer content, organic growth, viral content, and taking social accounts from 0 → 1.
