Are you passionate about helping people and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking Candidate Support Administrators to assist applicants throughout the hiring process and help them successfully reach their first day of employment.
✨ What You'll Do:
Support candidates via phone, email, chat, and SMS
️ Resolve hiring process and technical issues
Conduct virtual pre-hire appointments
Provide an outstanding candidate experience
Document candidate concerns and escalations
Identify opportunities to improve hiring processes
✅ Complete administrative tasks and daily case management

✔ Problem-solving abilities
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Comfortable working in a call center environment
Available Shifts:
Sunday – Wednesday

Wednesday – Saturday
⏰ Day Shift
