Growing racking manufacturer seeking a Project Manager to lead installation projects from kickoff through completion Newly created role due to significant business growth and increasing project demands Responsible for managing rack installation projects, coordinating contractors, supporting site inspections, and ensuring successful project delivery Help establish and improve project management processes as the installation business expands Ideal background includes racking, structural steel, steel construction, modular buildings, or related construction/project environments Experience with racking manufacturers, application engineering, installation management, or project-based sales is highly preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints is required; design responsibilities are not included Typically managing 2–3 active installation projects at a time, with project values generally up to $2M Travel expected to be 50% Preferred location is PA Looking for a detail-oriented professional with approximately 10+ years of experience who can build structure around the company's project management offerings #J-18808-Ljbffr
