Assistant Project Manager Construction

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend site walkthroughs, pre-bid meetings, and project inspections
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules
- Prepare, track, and manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
- Perform regular site visits to monitor progress and support field operations
- Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Maintain organized project files and logs
- License and driving required.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of building restoration, façade work, or waterproofing
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook )
- Proficient in Bluebeam (markups, takeoffs, document review)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience:
- 1–5 years in construction or project management support
- Familiarity with NYC construction and DOB requirements (a plus)
