Our client is a well-established mid-sized Commercial & Retail General Contractor with a strong presence throughout New York City. Job Description
Support Project Managers with the day-to-day management of commercial interiors projects. Assist with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients. Track project progress and help ensure deadlines are met. Assist with change orders, closeout documentation, and project reporting. Attend site walks and help maintain project quality and organization.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: experience working on commercial interiors projects for a General Contractor; strong organizational and communication skills; eagerness to learn and develop into a Project Manager; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction software is a plus; team-oriented, detail-driven, and proactive.
