Your new role

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will have full responsibility for the successful delivery of large and complex construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Acting as a liaison between ownership, field operations, subcontractors, design teams, and executive leadership, you will oversee all aspects of project execution including scheduling, procurement, cost control, subcontract management, client communication, quality assurance, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing subcontractor procurement, buyout, and administration.
• Driving schedule development, updates, and recovery planning.
• Monitoring project budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
• Tracking material procurement and equipment deliveries.
• Managing change orders and contract administration.
• Ensuring quality, safety, and project compliance standards are met.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, consultants, and subcontractors.

What you'll need to succeed

• A bachelor's degree in a related field is highly preferred.
• At least 2-5 years working on strong projects
• Experience with subcontractor buyouts, contract administration, and change management.
• Proficiency with construction management software; experience with Procore and Primavera P6 is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
