The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities: Maintain and update accurate financial records for multiple real estate properties. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents. Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for each property. Collaborate with property managers to ensure accurate tracking of expenses and income. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies. Assist with audits and financial inspections as needed. Provide support to the accounting team in various financial projects. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in the real estate industry. Proficient in using accounting software, such as RENT MANAGER, QuickBooks or similar tools. Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) are a plus. Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 If you are hired at RMG Management, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
