**Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Cushing, OK** **Join the Linwood Village Nursing Team!** As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at Linwood Village Nursing, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their maximum level of independence and well-being. Our Cushing, OK facility is dedicated to providing high-quality care and services to our patients, and we are seeking a compassionate and skilled COTA to join our team. Responsibilities: Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of our residents Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop strategies to improve function and independence Use a variety of treatments and interventions, including adaptive equipment, cognitive therapy, and sensory integration techniques Collaborate with the therapy team to identify and address barriers to care, and develop plans to overcome them Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment sessions, progress, and outcome measures Requirements: Current Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field preferred Minimum of 1 year experience as a COTA in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and supportive work environment Flexible scheduling and opportunities for overtime #J-18808-Ljbffr Sky Blue Healthcare LLC
