Physical Therapist / Outpatient Rehabilitation

A growing outpatient rehabilitation organization in North Central Oklahoma is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its clinical team. This is a permanent outpatient opportunity offering a $75,000 to $90,000 base salary , plus the ability to earn up to an additional $32,000 annually through a productivity-based incentive program . Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy plans of care.
• Provide evidence-based treatment for orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, balance, mobility, and other musculoskeletal conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical findings and functional goals.
• Educate patients and families regarding rehabilitation goals, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with other rehabilitation and healthcare professionals.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered outpatient care.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Oklahoma Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Oklahoma licensure.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient-care skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an outpatient rehabilitation setting.

Experience

• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experienced Physical Therapists are also welcome.
• Previous outpatient experience is a plus but not required.
• Clinical mentorship and professional development support are available.

Compensation

• Base salary: $75,000 to $90,000 annually
• Productivity incentive: up to an additional $32,000 annually
• Potential total annual compensation: up to $122,000, depending on base salary and individual productivity
