Schedule Monday-Thursday 7:00am- 4:00pm, Fridays 7:00am- 1:00pm Location 1655 E Cactus Ave Las Vegas with possibility of 20% coverage to other locations Primary Responsibilities Greeting and checking patients in and out Answering and routing phone calls Scheduling consultations, simulations, treatments, and follow-up appointments Coordinating referrals and obtaining medical records Insurance verification and authorization support Maintaining accurate patient demographics Managing physician schedules Review of the appointment work queues Providing excellent customer service to patients and families Collect co-pays and/or outstanding balances in accordance with office policies Reasons To Consider Working For UnitedHealth Group Put it all together - competitive base pay, a full and comprehensive benefit program, performance rewards, and a management team who demonstrates their commitment to your success. Required Qualifications High School Diploma/GED 2+ years of healthcare front office experience 2+ years of customer service skills Beginner level of proficiency with Microsoft Preferred Qualifications Oncology experience Radiation oncology experience Epic and/or Aria experience Multi-location scheduling experience Prior patient care coordination experience Knowledge of insurance verification Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $18.00 to $32.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
