Key Responsibilities: As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting the clinical team. Responsibilities may include:

• Greeting and checking in patients
• Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments
• Managing patient records and maintaining accurate documentation
• Assisting with insurance verification and patient paperwork
• Coordinating office flow and supporting day-to-day operations
• Traveling between the practice's Las Vegas and Henderson offices as needed

Who We're Looking For
