Brand Manager

Overview Brand Manager | NOVA Tastings NOVA Tastings is a rapidly growing experiential marketing company leading high-impact activations across Virginia, DC, and Maryland. We’re looking for a Brand Manager to lead teams, drive sales, and execute at a high level in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Lead, train, and manage 40+ SuperNOVAs (Brand Ambassadors) to ensure performance and alignment with company goals Drive sales through strategic event planning and execution Monitor and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual performance Partner with distributors, suppliers, and clients to support sales initiatives Manage reporting, expenses, travel, and overall operational execution Ensure strong communication and 100% customer satisfaction Territory Must reside in or near Richmond Regional responsibility across retail and key accounts Territory to include: Blacksburg, Roanoke, Lynchburg, Richmond and surrounding areas; Virginia Beach and surrounding areas Travel up to 70–100% What We’re Looking For Experience managing teams and driving performance Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Self-starter with a high level of accountability and ownership Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment Our Core Values Accountability.
