We are currently hiring for full-time Patient Access Representative to work at Phoenixville and Pottstown, PA offices.Please note this role is entitled to a $1,500.00 sign-on bonus.Responsibilities:Schedule tests and follow-up appointments as patients leave the officeReview instructions for studies scheduled with patientsEnter charges as the patient is leaving, as well as during downtimeCall patients to confirm appointmentsReceive, greet, and direct patientsVerify demographics, insurance, and PCP information at time of check-inCollect co-paysOther duties as assignedRequirements:Must have experience in a medical office settingMust have knowledge of different insurance plansMust have the ability to multitaskComputer knowledge is a mustExperience with an EMR system is a plusMust be well-spoken, friendly, and outgoingBenefits:Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia provides medical, vision, dental, 401k, profit sharing, LTD, generous PTO, and paid holiday time.*If you are hired, and assuming your employment is in good standing, you will receive the sign-on bonus. The bonus will be paid to you no later than 30 days following your start date. In the event that you voluntarily terminate your employment or the Company terminates your employment for cause within 6 months of your date of hire, you will be required to repay the full amount of your sign-on bonus.
