Compensation Salary Range: $45.37 - $66.91 / hour The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Provides assessment and diagnosis for psychological, emotional or behavioral disorders. Makes recommendations and implements appropriate treatments plans. Monitors progress through follow-up sessions and/or phone consultations. Serves as a member of interdisciplinary team consulting with physicians, APPs, nurses, psychiatrists, and medical staff. Assures the deliverance of quality treatment to patients utilizing best practices and standards of care. Provides appropriate coordination of resources, referrals, and support in an effort to meet the total needs of the patient. Qualifications Required: Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) Active, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure Preferred: Previous experience in the continuity of patient care planning Previous experience with crisis intervention Bilingual in Spanish Overview Nationally Recognized.
