Pay Rate: $25-26/HR on W2 Hours: M-F 6AM - 2PM some OT might be available Location: 3000 Marconi Drive, Alpharetta GA

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Candidate will be working in a multi-use facility. Office space, warehouse, production facility Client critical environment Candidate will need to be able to do a lot of walking all day Must be able to lift at least 50lbs

Team Overview: Candidate will be working as part of a team Resource's typical working day: Completing daily work orders - PM's - RM's Light electrical Basic plumbing General maintenance Basic HVAC Waste removal Assembling furniture

Licenses/Certifications: HVAC certifications preferred Plumbing certifications preferred

Must Have Skills: Excellent time management skills General maintenance skills

Nice to have skills: Commercial HVAC experience is a huge plus

Soft Skills: Good verbal communications skills Willingness to learn new skills

Years of Experience: 3+ years Education H.S. diploma or GED Software skills: Basic computer skills Tablet skills Outlook experience CMMS experience

About the Role: As a Maintenance Sr. Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining medium to large-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.
