Required:
- Expertise in Customs Brokerage is preferred but not required.
- Support gathering and documentation of requirements for multiple system migration efforts (legacy to modern).
- Responsibilities will include:
- Gathering and documenting requirements.
- Managing stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinating with development teams on requirements clarifications and hand-off.
- Supporting the Product Management function within the department.
