Forge Utility: Clinton, Wisconsin

Our customer in Clinton, Wisconsin is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join their team. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a 100% employee-owned company.

We’re recruiting Forge Utility team members to work full-time on 2nd/3rd shift. In this role, you’ll support forging operations by assisting with material movement, equipment operation, and maintaining a safe, efficient production environment.

Responsibilities of the Forge Utility:

• Promote and follow all workplace safety procedures.
• Locate, verify, and transport materials throughout the production area.
• Assist with preparing loads for forging operations.
• Operate furnaces and support forging schedules as instructed.
• Grind minor material defects using hand or overhead grinders.
• Remove and sort scrap materials and record weights as needed.
• Refuel equipment and perform basic housekeeping duties.
• Report equipment or production issues promptly.
• Support forge crew members as needed to maintain workflow.

Forge Utility Requirements and Qualifications:

• Stable work history and strong attendance record (no job hoppers).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic shop math skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to learn and perform a variety of hands-on tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs., bend, twist, and work in a production environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must pass a 120-day hair drug screen (including THC).

Pay for Forge Utility: $15.50 - $17.00/hour.
