Construction Manager (Assembly/Disassembly)

Barnhart Energy Company, a sister company of Barnhart Crane and Rigging, is looking for Construction Managers (Assembly/Disassembly) to join our team.

Construction Manager (A/D): The Construction Manager (A/D) is responsible for leading crane assembly and disassembly activities by ensuring the performance of any work that becomes necessary to accomplish the goal of the project at the highest level of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support one or more teams/foreman. (One - Community)
• Provide input on, understand, and communicate the overall assembly/disassembly scope, plans and specifications to teams to ensure their success. (Full - Commitment)
• Demonstrate and expect first-time excellence on all jobs performed. (True - Craftsmanship)
• Provide instruction and skill development for team members to ensure work is performed, and the company is represented with trust and integrity. (High - Character)
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience supervising heavy lift crane operations, including assembly/disassembly and walking cranes is required
• Experience with crane schematics, assembly/disassembly, hydraulics, and operation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel 75%+

This is a travel position and requires relocation to project site.
