Project Manager

Job Title
Job Description: Responsibilities:
- Serve as the on-site interface between the Client and the prime contractor.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure milestones, deliverables, and contractual obligations are met.
- Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and scheduling requirements.
- Represent the Client professionally during interactions with TVA, contractors, and visitors.
- Manage and coordinate Client-approved tours and site visits.
- Participate in project status meetings and provide regular updates to the Client team.
- Communicate site-level issues and questions back to the Client for resolution.
Job Description: Qualifications / Requirements:
- Extensive hands-on experience in construction management, specifically in:
- Steel fabrication.
- Excavation.
- Concrete work.
- Rigging and lifting operations.
- Proven ability to manage construction teams, schedules, and site coordination activities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work full-time on-site for the duration of the project.
