Inpatient Rehab Dietitian: Evidence-Based Nutrition

Encompass Health in New Jersey seeks a compassionate Dietitian to provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will complete nutritional assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor outcomes for patients recovering from illness or surgery. You will collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to support functional recovery, educate patients and families on therapeutic diets and long-term nutrition goals, and contribute to a #J-18808-Ljbffr Nutritioncare
