Title : Supervisor II - Operations

Location : East Moline IL 61244 - 100% onsite role

Duration : 12+ Months Contract (Possible extension based on performance & client needs)

Shift : 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM). Weekends and OT will be required as the business needs.

Pay Rate  : $35/hr. on W2

·         Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position.

·         Candidates are encouraged to have strong supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

·         A 4-year degree is strongly preferred with 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, but a minimum of a high school diploma/equivalent with supervisory experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment is desired.

·         Candidates must also be proficient with computers, including Excel and Outlook

·         Is responsible for achieving departmental/area goals and objectives.

·         Supervises production, maintenance and/or warehouse employees in operations or processes requiring semi-skilled to unskilled employees to ensure that the goals of the department and organization are achieved.

·         The supervisor is the first- line liaison between the production employees and the management staff and thus also serves the function of representing the company's interests with the shop floor staff.
