Payrate: $37.16 - $37.16/hr.

Summary:
This role requires working onsite in East Moline, IL from day one. The position follows a 1st shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with weekends and overtime required as business needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A 4-year degree is strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with computers, including Excel and Outlook, is required.

Skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in optimizing processes and improving efficiency.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $37.16 - $37.16/hr.  Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
