This role ensures exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, compliance, and financial performance while supporting team development and client satisfaction.ScheduleThis is a full-time position, with 40+ hours per week expected. Schedule is consistent on a weekly basis but is subject to change based on business needs. Schedule will require weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday) with consecutive days off during the weekdays.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Guest ExperienceEnsure a consistently high level of guest service is delivered across all locationsMaintain overall cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all facilitiesRespond promptly to operational issues, including call-offs, scheduling changes, and service disruptionsFill scheduling gaps as needed to ensure uninterrupted operationsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentRecruit, onboard, train, and develop team membersFoster accountability, engagement, safety, and employee well-beingProvide coaching and performance management to ensure team successClient & Customer RelationsMaintain professional, responsive communication with clients and customersEnsure client satisfaction and proactively address concernsRepresent the company with professionalism at all timesFinancial & Business ManagementSupport P&L management and execute strategies to meet or exceed budget expectationsAssist with implementation of marketing initiatives and revenue optimization strategiesAnalyze operational and financial performance to identify opportunities for improvementComplete all required reporting and documentation accurately and on time for clients and company leadershipCompliance & SafetyEnsure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and safety standardsPromote a safe working environment for both employees and guestsAdditional Duties & ExpectationsSupport and actively contribute to the company’s Mission, Values, and Culture:Be Better | Be Honest | Be Respectful | Be a Go-Giver | Be Optimistic | Be CreativeAssist with special projects across the portfolio as neededProvide administrative support when requiredDemonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities outside of this descriptionQualifications2–5 years of operations, parking, hospitality, or property management experience preferred by not requiredPrior supervisory or leadership experience preferredStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience with scheduling, budgeting, and operational reportingAbility to work flexible hoursPreferred SkillsExperience managing high paced environmentsFamiliarity with parking management systems or revenue control toolsCustomer-focused mindset with strong attention to detailWork EnvironmentPrimarily on-site across multiple parking locationsRequires walking, standing, and occasional liftingFast-paced, customer-facing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Parkwell
