Development/preparation of proposals to Clients Provide excellent and responsive Client service Maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and invoicing Providing your team’s technical expertise to assist in helping Clients accomplish their development goals Representing Clients throughout key milestones in their projects, including at public presentations and hearings Business development/marketing of firm Leadership, mentoring, and development of staff Staff supervision, quality control of civil/site designs, workload and staff resource planning Oversee employee performance, providing regular feedback and recognition Work together with senior leadership team to accomplish company goals The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering 5+ years of experience in managing the civil/site design for land development projects 5+ years of experience in managing design staff Excellent organizational and delegation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience nurturing and growing client relationships and delivering quality service #J-18808-Ljbffr Career Collective
