Job Summary:
The Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in an acute care facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role involves providing exceptional patient care on a Medical Surgical unit, with specific attention to unit protocols, patient ratios, and unit-specific procedures. The RN will deliver high-quality care consistent with established standards, supporting the organizations commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM) every third weekend (Friday and Saturday) with at least 36 hours guaranteed per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS certification, at least 2 years of clinical experience, and 2 years of travel experience on a Medical Surgical unit
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Acute Care/Medical Surgical settings
• Additional Information: The candidate must be available during the first week of orientation for onboarding at the designated reporting location, which is the Heart Center on the 4th floor. Parking is available in designated yellow-lined spots toward the back of the parking lot in front of the Emergency Room.
• Position Type: Replacement position for a vacant role in a facility with 30 beds and a patient ratio of approximately 1:5/6. The focus is on positive, team-oriented candidates who can work with a flexible schedule.
