ATC is looking for a General Office Assistant with medical office experience to fill an open position at Charles Egeler Correctional Facility in Jackson

Shift: 8a-430p

Wage: $20 Hourly

Job Description:

Employee will assist with coordinating inpatient visits, maintain data on Excel spreadsheets, organize prisoner and staff covid testing schedules. Communicate data professionally to all departments. Position is inside the prison health care clinic with prisoner contact. Preferred skills: Microsoft office, organization, work independently, decision making.

Experience:

• Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
• Administrative Assistant: 2-5 years (Required)
