What You'll Do Administer and document medications per physician orders and state regulations Ensure timely medication administration and help coordinate resident prescription refills Communicate directly with physicians and healthcare providers on medications, treatments, and therapies Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) — bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Respond promptly to resident emergency call systems Supervise, support, and mentor Resident Assistants (RAs), fostering a positive team culture Step in to support Resident Assistant duties as needed What You'll Bring Minimum age of 21 Ability to work safely and effectively in a senior living environment Strong leadership instincts and a genuine passion for senior care Why White Springs Senior Living?
