Position Details:

What You’ll Do

As a Graduate Nurse on the Mom Baby Unit, you will:

• Care for mothers and newborns during the postpartum period
• Educate families on newborn care, feeding, and maternal recovery
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, high-quality care
• Support patients and families through education, communication, and hands-on care

You’ll also build strong clinical skills through:

• Patient-centered care planning and documentation
• Bedside shift reporting and safety-focused handoffs (SBAR)
• Collaboration with physicians and care teams
• Evidence-based practice and continuous learning

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program by December 2026

• Eligible for RN licensure in Missouri

• BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire
