We are a sushi bowl and poke fast-casual restaurant looking for a full time General Manager who is self-driven, motivational, and has a strong operational background.

We have multiple locations across the Greater Boston Area so serious inquiries apply.

 

Salary Range: $60,000 - $72,000 (Depending on experience and qualifications)

 

Responsibilities

• Train, manage, and develop team members and team leaders

• Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed

• Ensure staff provides fast, friendly, and hospitable service

• Creating and managing budgets (operational, employee labor, waste, fraud, etc.)

• Developing and implementing growth strategies

• Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering are done accordingly

• Record keeping

• Managing and tracking business financial health

•  

• Overseeing daily business operations and efficiency

• Maintains product quality and standards

• Cash Management

• Customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction

• Improve revenue and store efficiency

 

Qualifications

 

• Food service and management background

• Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to connect effectively with customers, staff, and upper management

• Possess a positive attitude and principals which support our work culture

• Able to be receive feedback from staff and managers

• Strong proactiveness, self-regulation, and self-efficiency

• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant

• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize, and adapt to surrounding

• Highly organized with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining standard
