About Our Agency: I opened my agency on January 1, 2018, and we've since grown to two offices with a combined team of about 23 people. From day one, my goal has been to build something bigger than just a businessan organization that makes a real impact on both our customers and our community. We're deeply involved in charitable work throughout the Panhandle. We proudly support the local Make-A-Wish Foundation and have raised over $22,000 in back-to-back years. In addition, we partner with organizations such as the Great Seminole Club, Washington High School Soccer, West Florida High teacher appreciation initiatives, Gulf Breeze Elementary, the Florida Engineering Society, the Optimist Club of Gulf Breeze, Panhandle Soccer, and the End of the Watch Foundation for fallen police officers. Role Description

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Will Rentschler - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
