This travel temporary assignment requires a PT with outpatient experience to join a collaborative rehabilitation team and support patients through orthopedic, sports, and work-related injuries.

- Weekly pay: $2,392-$2,478 per week
- Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
- Contract duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch; schedule may be adjusted to 9:00 AM-5:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:00 PM for a 36-hour week

- Setting: Outpatient-focused rehabilitation within a regional healthcare network

Responsibilities
- Conduct 1-hour PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver 45-minute daily treatments and track patient progress
- Collaborate with a rehabilitation team (PTs, OTs, SLP) to coordinate care
- Manage a diverse outpatient patient population with orthopedic, sports, and work-related injuries
- Document care and progress in the electronic medical record; EPIC experience is preferred
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs, activity modification, and discharge planning

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
- Outpatient PT experience required
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
- Ability to work in an outpatient setting
- Willingness to adapt schedules to meet a 36-hour workweek as outlined
