Responsibilities Include Personal Care (Bathing, Grooming, Dressing, Toileting) Companion Care and Emotional Support Meal Preparation and Light Housekeeping Medication Reminders Mobility and Transfer Assistance Transportation to Medical Appointments and Errands Dementia and Alzheimer's Care Fall Prevention and Safety MonitoringAssistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Communication with Family Members and Care Team Accurate Documentation of Client Care Qualifications Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Direct Care Worker, or Caregiving experience preferred. Current Arizona Auto Insurance. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Current TB Test. Level One Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
