What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing lasting customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.

Sales & Business Development

• Make 85–100 outbound calls each day to prospective and existing customers.
• Develop strong relationships that generate repeat business and long-term customer loyalty.
• Prospect for new customers and consistently expand your sales pipeline.
• Generate referrals from existing customers and strategic business partners.
• Build partnerships with industrial distributors to increase business opportunities.
• Present repair, replacement, and refurbishment solutions that meet customers' needs.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations to convert opportunities into orders.
• Recover inactive accounts and maximize revenue from existing customers.
• Contribute to a positive, high-performance sales culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Create, send, and follow up on Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).
• Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system.
• Follow established customer contact schedules and account management standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity.

Required Qualifications

• Previous inside sales, outbound call center, telesales, business development, or high-volume phone sales experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to exceed sales goals.
• Comfortable receiving coaching and applying feedback to improve performance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
