Help Grow One of Atlanta's Most Loved Food Brands Alon's Bakery & Market has built a reputation for exceptional breads, pastries, desserts, prepared foods, and specialty products made from premium ingredients and traditional craftsmanship. Today, our products can be found in restaurants, cafés, hotels, corporate dining programs, specialty retailers, and homes across Atlanta and beyond. We're growing our wholesale business and looking for someone who wants more than just account management. We're looking for someone who wants to help build the next chapter of our growth. The Opportunity This is part sales, part relationship building, and part business development. You'll own a portfolio of wholesale partners while actively identifying new opportunities, opening doors, and helping expand our presence across the Atlanta market and beyond. This is a role for someone who likes being in the field, meeting people, solving problems, and helping great products reach more customers. What You'll Do Grow Existing Business Build strong relationships with restaurant, hospitality, and retail partners Identify opportunities to expand product placement and increase revenue Become a trusted advisor to your accounts Bring in New Business Prospect and develop new wholesale partnerships Conduct meetings, tastings, and presentations Turn conversations into long-term customer relationships Be the Voice of the Customer Partner closely with our bakery, production, and operations teams Communicate customer needs, growth opportunities, and market feedback Help ensure an exceptional customer experience from first order to long-term partnership Drive Results Track account performance and sales opportunities Manage pricing discussions and account growth plans Help improve systems, processes, and the overall wholesale operation as we scale What Success Looks Like Growing revenue within existing accounts Bringing new customers into the Alon's family Creating lasting partnerships, not just transactions Helping shape the future of our wholesale business What We're Looking For You Might Be a Great Fit If You: Have 2–5+ years of experience in sales, account management, hospitality, food & beverage, or a related field Enjoy building relationships and opening new opportunities Are proactive and comfortable working independently Like taking ownership rather than waiting for direction Communicate confidently with chefs, buyers, operators, and business owners Stay organized and follow through on commitments Bring energy, curiosity, and a growth mindset Bonus Points For Wholesale food or beverage experience Experience working with restaurants, hotels, cafés, or distributors Familiarity with foodservice operations and logistics Why Join Alon's?
