Decorate With Lights of Memphis is hiring installers for the 2026 holiday season (October–January). We install premium residential holiday lighting for homes across Memphis and the surrounding area, and we need hardworking, reliable people to join the crew.
Pay: $25–30/hour based on experience, plus overtime and bonus opportunity
Schedule: Full-time and part-time available; hours pick up as we head into peak season
What you'll do:
- Meet at the shop each morning to load vans and review the day's route
- Install lights on ladders (4'–32') and pitched roofs
- Use a smartphone/tablet for layout design and job reports
- Communicate with the team and take direction on-site
What we're looking for:
- Comfortable on ladders and roofs, good with your hands, likes working outdoors
- Reliable transportation
- 18 or older
- Professional, respectful of clients' homes and property
- Flexible schedule as the season ramps up
No experience needed — full training provided.
