Pay: $24.20/Hour

We are seeking reliable, quality-driven team members to join our Label Operations team. In this role, you'll use specialized equipment and computer systems to create and print product labels while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Available ShiftsOption 1:

Sunday - Thursday 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Option 2:

Weekend Shift Friday - Sunday 10:00 PM - 10:00 AM

Training Requirement: All new hires will train on 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) for approximately 8 weeks. Training may be completed sooner based on performance and speed of learning.

What You'll Do

• Create and print labels for Beckman Coulter reagent products using computer-based systems and production equipment.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot labeling and packaging machinery.
• Ensure labels are accurate and meet strict quality standards.
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Follow FDA, ISO, GMP, and company operating procedures.
• Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help identify process enhancements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and support teams to meet production goals.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, machine operation, or similar experience.
• Strong computer skills and comfort learning new software systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a quality-focused environment.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work overnight hours and complete initial training on 1st shift.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, or other regulated environments.
• Experience with labeling, packaging, machine operation, or production equipment.
• Familiarity with GMP, FDA, or ISO-regulated processes.
• Experience maintaining production records or documentation.

Work Environment

This position is located in a clean, highly regulated manufacturing facility where quality and precision are essential. Employees spend most of their shift at a workstation operating labeling and production equipment while following strict quality and safety guidelines. Required PPE includes a smock, hairnet, safety glasses, and steel-toed shoes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.20 - $24.20/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
