Schedule: Full-Time, Day/Night shifts (3)-12 hour shifts, weekend and holiday rotation Pay: $41.36 - $100.00/Hourly What You'll Do Float among all units to provide patient care as needed. Plan and provide patient care in accordance with Nursing Standards of Care. Manage patients by assuming full responsibility for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. Demonstrate initiative, knowledge, and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs. Assure the practice of the Patient and Family Centered Care Model.
