Veterinary Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities include but are not limited to vigilant attention to detail and animal safety; competency in learning and navigating our practice management software; and demonstrating "grace" under pressure. Our CSRs do much more than your average veterinary receptionist. Your ability to thrive in a fast paced environment is a key asset for this position. Our ideal candidate will have experience as a veterinary CSR; a strong work ethic; and bilingual.
