TAB Construction is investing in the future by expanding our in-house concrete division, and we\'re looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to help lead the way. We\'ve already made significant investments in equipment, forms, trucks, and the infrastructure needed to support a successful concrete operation. What You\'ll Do As our Concrete Foreman, you\'ll lead residential concrete projects while helping establish the standards and processes for a growing division. Your Responsibilities Include Lead residential concrete projects, including foundations, slabs, forming, and finishing Coordinate daily jobsite activities and oversee field crews Plan materials, equipment, and manpower to keep projects running efficiently Ensure work meets quality, safety, and company standards Coordinate with Project Managers, homeowners, and trade partners Mentor crew members and help develop a strong team culture Identify challenges early and implement practical solutions Help establish systems and best practices as the division continues to grow What We\'re Looking For 5+ years of residential concrete construction experience Experience with foundations, slabs, forming, and concrete finishing Strong leadership and crew management skills Ability to plan ahead and coordinate multiple jobsite activities Commitment to quality craftsmanship and jobsite safety Dependable, organized, and professional approach to work What Success Looks Like In This Role, You Will Deliver high-quality concrete work that reflects TAB Construction\'s standards Keep projects organized, safe, and on schedule Build a productive, motivated crew through strong leadership Help establish efficient processes for a growing concrete division Contribute to TAB\'s reputation as a trusted construction partner in the community Why Join TAB Construction? $35-$42 per hour, based on experience Performance-based bonuses Well-equipped crews with company-owned forms, trucks, and equipment Opportunity to help build and lead a growing concrete division Long-term career growth and leadership opportunities A company that values craftsmanship, professionalism, and continuous improvement TAB Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees.
