Valeo Resources has partnered with a non-profit mental health hospital . We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time LMFT/LCSW to join the team in Rancho Mirage, CA ! You will be responsible for providing direct patient care through individual, group, couples, and/or family psychotherapy, while managing a clinical caseload and delivering comprehensive, evidence-based treatment in alignment with professional standards
Position : LMFT
Pay: $43-65/hr (depending upon experience)

- Follows Code of Conduct and reports any compliance concerns.
- Conducts comprehensive evaluations for mental health, substance use, co-occurring disorders, and medical needs.
- Performs psychosocial assessments to identify emotional, social, and physical needs.
- Identifies and helps remove barriers to care.
- Regularly updates treatment plans to support patient progress.
- Manages a caseload with varying levels of clinical needs.
- Maintains accurate, compliant, and billable documentation.
- Collaborates with other staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Performs other assigned duties as needed.
- Master's in Marriage Therapy or equivalent
- Active California LMFT or LCSW
- 2+ years of Mental Health experience
- Preferred experience in intervention crisis
