Job Description:


The Patient Care Coordinator supports patient flow, scheduling, and administrative coordination while providing excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and patient inquiries
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance
• Follow up with patients and coordinate required testing and appointments
• Support physician scheduling and calendar management
• Maintain electronic notes and patient records

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of medical office experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High School Diploma required

Additional Details:

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Onsite
